Why Work With Dr. Katie

For more than 14 years, I’ve studied one question: Why do so many talented, purpose-driven millennials get overlooked for executive leadership?

I hold a PhD in Organizational Psychology and published my dissertation on the millennial employee experience back in 2017 — long before the “future of work” conversation became mainstream.

I developed the Seven Blind Spots framework, a research-backed model that has helped hundreds of leaders uncover what’s holding them back and reposition themselves for promotion.

I’ve worked as a national-level leader on millennial workforce strategy, advising corporations and organizations on how to harness millennial talent for higher performance and retention.

I am the founder of Better Work Experience, Inc., and the creator of the More Millennial Executives coaching program — built to equip the next generation of leaders to rise without losing themselves.

I host The Dr. Katie Show, a podcast dedicated to millennial leadership, and my forthcoming book, Unmasking the Seven Blind Spots, expands this mission even further.
